Social Accountability is the engagement of civic organizations and the public to express demand for public services, and accountability from local service providers to improve service quality for the realization of peoples human rights. The overall objective of this App is to promote transparency and accountability in the service delivery processes in Zambia by amplifying the voices of the underserved communities. This report mechanism focuses on the demand-side of good public service delivery. It aims at strengthening the voices of citizens to demand greater accountability and responsiveness directly from public officials and service providers. This initiative is to amplify the citizens voices and promote evidence based advocacy for CSOs in Zambia
